My choreographic approach is collaborative and collage-like, and I am always engaged with inviting the embodied history and personal connections of my dancers to whatever extent they desire to share with the work.

I am often researching ways to embody grief, horror, love, intimacy, vulnerability, and persona play. My movement practice is also informed by my love for queer theory and performance studies as well as my background in poetry and creative writing.

I am drawn to world-building, persona, vocalization, sound collage, theatrics, and creature-like movement.

Most recently, I am have been researching a hollow place behind performative moments of exaggerated sexuality in contrast with vulnerable moments of simple, improvisational intimacy.
